Due to extreme demand and covid the turnaround time took much longer than expected. If your planning on building a steel garage order it 6-9 months before you need it. I did a lot of research before ordering and the biggest issue I saw across the board were issues with time frame expectations. Overall I ended up with a great garage exactly as depicted in the original plan. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the quality and thickness of the metal. I was expecting a more flimsy/cheap material but from what I can tell the product used is great quality. I will admit that because of the long turnaround time I thought I got scammed, but that was not the case. I ordered my garage in March 2021 and it was installed November 12th, 2021. I would use them again. Hats off to the install crew. They were fast, clean and respectful.

This business is an absolute joke. They will bait and switch all along the sales process. Lie to get your deposit. Add fees for drawings the sales person said were included. When I asked for the drawings none got back to me for over a month. Then I when someone finally did after numerous emails and calls I was told Madison no longer works here so I am trying to get everything caught up. I was told my barn would be built and delivered by October. Here we are now with no barn. They did confirm the sales person lied and that their build time is double what I was told. I finally got fed up and asked for a refund on February 4th. I got a call last Thursday and they said what if we cover half of your drawings. I said no thank you, this has been a terrible experience and I don't trust your business and I would like my refund. Then I was told that my contract states that they do not do refunds, only problem is they breached the contract multiple times. I feel my request is very fair and I would like my $3500 back. Called back today and was told it will take 90 days or possibly more for upper management to approve your refund request. I asked if I could speak with the upper management and I was told no, you can only talk to me. So now I guess it is time to get attorneys involved. Don't do business with this company. They are a joke! The 1.8 star review should have been my first clue.

I put money down on a garage last March. They said July, then August, then September, then October. All my belongings for the garage have been out under a tarp for awhile now and now getting snowed on. I call them and they will not give me any assurance and they say they can only give me 2 days notice. That makes planning and traveling HARD!!! If you need a metal building, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. The communication is NONEXISTENT!!!!! UPDATE- Nov 24th - I still do not have my product. I have called weekly and I receive NO information. The customer service here is AWFUL!! They will not provide ANY information on installation timing, general status, anything. They say they will call you back, but do not. Consider yourself warned before engaging in business with this very unreliable company!!! UPDATE- Dec 16 - still no shop. After nearly daily calls, I FINALLY received a call giving me an installation date 6 days out. I was delighted. It was short lived as they postponed it 1 day and then cancelled. I have not heard back. Since then I have called 6 times with no answer. I tell ya, folks, for real, do NOT trust this company. There is better out there. UPDATE- Jan 21, 2022 - still no shop. No communication. Zero call-backs despite calling 4 times and being told I would be called back. I simply cannot express my frustration right now in civil words. I am cordial in my calls to the company and I get no results. The staff I deal with LITERALLY know nothing. I get the same one liner every time. This is an exceptionally unscrupulous place with ZERO REGARD for the customer. Save yourself! RUN away, any direction, just run. UPDATE - February 15 - still no shop. SOME Communication. I received an email this week asking if we could do a Saturday install. Well, it turns out they had me mixed up with someone else....someone in Utah. I asked IF and when I could get my shop. Well, consistent with previous experiences, they said, "Let me talk to the manager over your installation area and call you right back." You guessed it, no call back. Nothing. When I returned their call, no answer. This place has cost me a LOT of money. They better do something to make this right!!! I will keep updating here until something actually happens. Like I have said before, Save yourself!! Run!! Avoid!!! UPDATE- March 22, 2022: well, still no shop, no progress, and no new communication. I keep getting the SAME one-liners. I have been able to get to a manager yet it makes no difference and I get NO new information and NO call-backs, despite being promised a call-back. I have caught them in THREE bold-faced, blatant lies. I would elaborate but it is too much for me to thumb out. When I gently push on them, they quickly get harsh with me as if I'm the unreadable one. My building permits now ALL expire here in 2 weeks. I need to start the process over, hire out new site inspections, and pay the fees. I asked for my money back and they said it is NONREFUNDABLE!!! Can you believe that?!?! The contract lists 10 weeks install. They breached the contract, not me. I prefer to be reasonable and work through things, but it may be legal time. It is now building season and I really need to get started on the process if I am going with someone new. Anyone reading this who is considering going with this company be VERY wary. You will be dealing with a non-communicative, deceitful, company who will not respect you or deliver on the friendly promises you receive up front. My advice is go with someone local to you.
