  Coale-Rice put a new roof on my 3 story townhouse over the past two days. My adjoining neighbor had used this company for two previous roof jobs in other homes they had owned, and they said they had always been thrilled with their work. We were not disappointed! For one, I was impressed with the very reasonable quote, but even more impressed that the price came with warranties and top quality products. Once the work began, I was extremely pleased with the courteousness and professionalism of the entire crew. They told me what to expect, when to expect it, and assured me they would clean things up afterward. They met and exceeded all those goals, and even left my yard and exterior cleaner than when they arrived. And the roof looks outstanding. Do not hesitate to use this company!
