  We moved into our house in November and had a roof inspection prior to closing. The roof had some moss and streaks on it, so they recommended a thorough cleaning in the spring to preserve the roof. The exterior walls of our house also had a lot of dirt and grime on them. We booked CNY Roof Cleaners for the premium package of roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and house washing. We could not be more pleased with how our house looks now! Our technician, Paul, did such a great job that our neighbors asked him to work on their roof as well. Attached are a few before and after pictures from the back of the house.

  We are a repeat customer and continue to be very pleased with the service we received. Recently, Vinnie and Roman completed roof cleaning, house washing and window washing. They were very professional and took great pride in their work and our satisfaction. They both had positive attitudes even though it was a cold day for the job. Nick was also very professional in reviewing and quoting the job. Overall, very happy with scheduling and the overall quality of work.   Paul came promptly within the early part of the service window. He was courteous, speedy, and made some recommendations of gutter areas that should be fixed. This is the second time CNY Roof Cleaners has serviced my home. I was happy to have them back.
