  Earlier this year I had a tree fall on my house and my roof and siding was damaged badly. I called CNY Complete Contracting and they came out and looked at it and repaired it for us. When I was noticing water coming in from my Skylights I called them again and Adam came out and looked them over and he made me aware of what was causing the problem, and he also explained it and showed it to me. He inspected our roof and informed us that the roof is okay but it should be replaced within 2 years or so. We decided to have the entire roof replaced sooner. Adam explained very throughly how the roof is going to be done. Such as the materials that will be used, and from start to finish how it will be replaced. We never felt pressured to buy the more expensive materials. Adam explained the benefits to each type of roofing materials. And he suggested what he would think would be the best roof to have, but he let us make the decision. I also liked that when discussing prices it was all explained in detail. When they did the work they took their time! That’s important! It wasn’t rushed! If they had to do anything extra it was explained why it had to be done. Adam and his team expressed that if they found something that didn’t seem right they would then point it out and address it to me why it had to be fixed. I liked the relationship Dynamic the team had with one another they were able to laugh, and joke and focus on the work at the same time. It makes it enjoyable that they genuinely care about their work, and can have a good time doing it. I’m glad for the relationship I’ve created with CNY Complete Contracting. I’ll continue to speak highly of them. And will continue to do work with them in the future. They really are a great company to work with.

  I asked them to come out for a quote two months ago, which they did. I have been following up approximately every week since to get that quote and schedule service to no avail. My text messages are read but not responded to. I called and was told that I would get my quote within 24 hours, but I did not. I am not hiring this company because of their lack of professionalism and responsiveness.

  Adam and the crew were very professional and did great work. Even though some of the sins of the past were not included in the bid, they fixed and installed everyhing better than new. They worked quick and efficiently while producing great work. We are very happy with our new roof!
