  I have used Cloud 9 multiple times over the years for various external cleaning projects (pool deck, windows, driveways, and porches). The level of service and results have always been outstanding. I would recommend them without hesitation for any outdoor cleaning projects; it’s impressive how much of a difference it can make.

  I have been using Cloud 9 Cleaning for several years. They are professional, always on time and not flaky, and always do a good job cleaning up after the job. I've used them for gutter cleaning, window cleaning (inside and exterior), and power washing. The job is always spectacular and I've never been disappointed. They work hard to make sure your place is glowing. We own a lake house also and special care is taken with the decks and dock, even boat.

  Terrible service. I coordinated with Cloud 9 about power washing my patio. They wouldn't give me a time. I was working on a deadline to get the windows and patio washed. Once it dragged on for two weeks and I couldn't get a confirmation date I cancelled the power washing, but kept the window washing. The power washer showed up unexpectedly on the day the window washer was supposed to show up. I called the Cloud 9 contact and asked why the power washer had showed up when I had told them that I didn't want the powerwashing. The contact at Cloud 9 then asked me to tell the power washer to contact him. I did that. Then the powerwasher demanded payment for the work he had already done, even though I had cancelled the powerwashing. On top of all that, the contact at Cloud 9 then cancelled my window washing appointment, apparently because he hadn't communicated to the power washer that his services were no longer required. Terrible, terrible experience.

  This is not the correct company for this review. There are several cloud 9's online. .I have all records for calls and appointments and Sam Sneddon has never called or made an appointment with Cloud 9 Cleans in Columbus In. Sam if you see this please remove and leave the review with correct company. Cheers.
