  We've been wanting to do these major projects since we bought our house, and it took us many years to save for it. So it was extremely important to us that the work was done right so that we didn't have to worry about our home and shed for a very long time. Cloise and Mike Construction was referred to us by multiple friends, and they did not disappoint. Stefan and his crew were AMAZING! All the roofing installation work was completed within two days, and the gutters only took a couple hours, and were completely built on-site. They treated our home and our family as if they were their own. They set things up to protect everything they could on the exterior of our home, and got to work. They were very thorough and communicated to us throughout the entire project. And their clean-up was exceptional. We have a very curious little girl who loves to learn about everything, and had to watch every moment they were working, as well as ask them a million questions. The crew members were unbelievably kind and patient with her, and they truly melted our hearts. We had time between our roof installation and the gutter installation to have our house painted by another crew. So now our home really feels safe, and it looks beautifully fresh and new. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Cloise and Mike!

  This company is excellent. My experience started with a lovely phone call. Sheryl McCormack was very friendly on the phone. Even just after my initial estimate scheduling phone calls I told my girlfriend that Cloise and Mike sounded like they knew what they were doing. Neither of the other two companies asked additional information about my project aside from the address, type of roof covering, and time I was available for the appointment. Their salesman Tony Pinter definitely deserves a kudos because he has great knowledge and customer service. It was excellent to have someone explain each of the technologies that they wanted to install on my roof to make it last well into my retired years. Mind you I'm only 34 but this awesome roof is expected to last roughly 50 years. The cost on the bid was higher than the competition that I shopped but the competence level exceeded the other companies and that's why I chose them for the install. The installation crew lead by Edgar Bainter was excellent. I was at home during the entire install and got to see all extra work they had to put into my roof. They ended up having to re-sheet so much of the surface but even with that setback they still finished in the allotted time. Edgar also recommended a solar fan to help vent my upper roof. Kind of a spendy add on but I'm glad to have the increased air circulation to prevent future plywood damages. The clean up crew did an excellent job and the yard actually looked more clean than when they arrived. I'm very happy with my roof installation and would recommend anyone considering this company that reads this review to have them install one for you too. Thank You, ~Brandon Morrissey

  I heard about Cloise & Mike Construction via word of mouth and then looked them up on Yelp. All good things...and every bit of it was true. We were scheduled for a 2 day install and they were able to do it in 1 day. Elmer and his crew showed up on time, very professional/polite and cleaned up after themselves when done (even used magnetic sweepers to pickup nails that may have fallen during the process). They did an AWESOME job! I'm very pleased with how the roof turned out and received compliments from family and friends. The warranty that comes with it is great too. I highly recommend them if you need a roof done. The whole experience was seamless and stress free from the inspection and info packet they give you to the completion of the job. There's nothing like the peace of mind knowing that the job was done right and my roof will last many years to come! Thank you!
