  Terrible customer service. I understand that products are delayed everywhere. I didn't mind that we ordered it before December and waited until March to get it. I do mind that we had to go in a few times to confirm that the order was even placed. So disorganized and focused on everything but the job. I do mind that it was to be delivered and installed for that day to come and go without notice. I do mind that when my husband called her that she said that it was a week behind but it will be delivered the following week but will not be installed. That week came and left us with no door. Here it is the third week so we call again. To find out that it had been in since 3-3-22 and she never put an order in for it to be delivered. Thousands of dollars later and days waisted because we were waiting on the door to be delivered that was sitting in a warehouse. Plus we had to pick it up and install it ourselves.

  i figured since it was (the) place to go to get all your plywood needs this would be it, could not cut me a 2x4 foot section of plywood. lowes and home depot does not have any problem doing this, ill keep going to them.

  I have used them several times on several projects and I have always come through for me. Great service great people great product, with that you can't lose. Especially when you throw in, reasonable prices.
