  Tom and his team at Clemco were fantastic. We initially reached out to Clemco for advice when we were given an astronomical quote to fix and restore our 19th century Queen Anne chimney stack. Tom visited the site and was able to quickly assess the situation, and propose an estimate. Clemco offered a realistic timeline for project start and completion. The work crew on-site took extra care during and after the project. Clemco’s restoration experience was evident throughout. We fully trust Tom and team, and look forward to using him again and again with any restoration work our home will need!

  We have known Tom Clemmens and his team for many years, and he has done numerous projects for us. For each and every one he brought distinctive designs, beautiful materials and extraordinary workmanship, from the building of our redwood deck, to his unique stone and brick work on our façade to his rebuilding and raising ceilings, hewing beams, constructing moldings and shelving to renovating bedrooms and windows and bathrooms, redoing roofing and revamping our entire drainage system. He is a true artist with the eye and the skill to create gorgeous structures. We let him design everything, and every day we love what he has created for us. To top it all off, he is a kind, considerate, respectful and unbelievably modest person, and his prices are more than fair. We feel very fortunate to have met him.

  My wife and I have hired Clemco Construction and Restoration for several jobs at our home and have been nothing short of amazed each time. Tom and his guys do a stand up job, are on time, and clean up after each work day. Tom leaves no questions unanswered and comes up with a plan that far exceeds expectations of a homeowner. I'd be lying if I said there is another person in this field of work who is more knowledgeable. We will continue to call upon Clemco Construction and Restoration for all of our construction needs!
