  Bought a Tahoe model and the quality is not what i expected. Mostly a visual things but still need to address. Dealer was suppose to fix but didnt. I do want to thank Scott Wynn for coming out and addressing the issues. Very responsive to my concerns. Well backdoor leaks and was supposedly fixed. So regret buying a Clayton home. Sad part is thier corpate office doesn't really care either. I will NEVER recommend Clayton to anyone. You people should maybe take pride in your work and make a quality product again instead of just spitting units out to make more money.

  Great homes at a reasonable price with plenty of options

  Purchased a Modular home and the overall quality is subpar at best.ceilings needed to be redone, flooring was not right, plumbing was disaster leaving us with a major water leak inside the wall leaving extensive damage and the fireplace had to have the stonework redone. The excuses were baffling like I had no idea how a home was built. Just beware of your purchase and inspect everything before signing off on your purchase.
