Liberty NY job Water damage Our xactimate guy: $7155 then in my Midwestern wrestling commentator voice my brain said to me: “Now hold on just a minute! This man’s got a family!“ We hired Andy and claims delegates We sent them the matterport Three days later we had a professionally produced scope for both Restoration and Rebuild. The restoration scope was $20,850. The bill from claims delegates for both the restoration and the rebuild scope drafting was about $900. Got a call from USAA in San Antonio this morning. They are issuing payment in full. You get what you pay for. Your team is only as strong as the weakest link. Please trust me when I tell you that claims delegates literally made me over $10,000 more than I thought I was going to get for exactly the same work. Also we fired our estimator!

While I have been fortunate enough to not have to use Claims Delegates as a service, I know if I ever needed to, Andy is the person I would trust with my claims. He is always very professional and has the best interest of his clients in mind. Honesty and integrity are important to him and it shows. Also, I prefer to support local small business and deal directly with business owners when possible.
Response from the owner
Thank you Alison.

I found Claims Delegates to be unfocused and difficult to communicate with. They prepared some estimates for me that were so far off the mark that I could not use them. I do not recommend using them for insurance claims adjusting.
Response from the owner
It's taken me some time to formulate a response to this review. I'm frankly dumfounded. Mr. Hribar called with an insurance related problem. I spent several hours coaching and consulting with him regarding his total loss fire. We worked up a report at his request, and he paid the invoice online. We worked up a second report per his request, and he paid that invoice online as well. Then, after a couple weeks, Mr. Hribar back charges our fees. The funds were immediately withdrawn from our bank account. We incurred costs and no insignificant amount of time to help him. Based upon the opinion of a contractor with little actual insurance claim experience, Mr. Hribar decided that we had given him bad advice and our reports were fraudulent. Thank you for the painful reminder that when "clients" start making unreasonable requests and seek to take advantage of their insurance company, we should walk away.
