  They provided the best price on replacing my roof and were extremely professional. I suffered through 11 quotes from other contractors and received the best quote from them. I will call when hem again for future construction projects.

  I rarely provide reviews as, like many other consumers, we sift through these to gage what services we will use or not use and it can affect others decisions.  In this case, I felt it was necessary. I needed a roof replacement in a matter of less than a week. This company came through with a reasonable price in a short time frame. Manny, the owner, was very professional, communicative and respectful. The estimate was provided via email in a professional manner. He then came and explained step by step how the roof would be done. We agreed on a time and date, and although I was not on the property, he provided pictures of the work as it was being completed via text message. I was informed through the process. Roof took less than a full day to complete. Manny was present at the site. The team was very professional and orderly. Everything was cleaned up properly as we completed a final walk through. Also, there was an issue with a bay window and Manny corrected it as a courtesy, no charge.  I also received before and after pictures via text the next day. I would highly recommend CJM to anyone seeking roof replacement or repair or other construction services.

  Manny and CJM has completed many jobs at my house. From fixing and replacing aluminum gutters, extending the roof line and replacing my decorative wood moulding with PVC moulding. Manny found this PVC alternative to Azek that looks as good and at half the price. The moulding looks great and Manny even added raised moulding details to add depth and character, making it appear as decorative as the rotting wood moulding he replaced. CJM has wrapped the moulding on my windows with aluminum as well as repaired leaks on my roofline and modernized the Yankee gutter system on one side of my home. Manny and his team are always professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with, not to mention fairly priced. I highly recommend CJM.
