Citadel installed my home solar system, and it stopped working after 5 months... I called them, but was told that their technician had no time to check my issue until FIVE days later. OK, then wait... after SEVEN+ days, still no one contacted me... Call their office again, but only voice mail... With no solar production, I am losing $20+ each day!!! I was hoping that for such a big investment (~$30k) of solar electric system, they could be a little bit more professional and responsive.
