  Needed siding repair from wind damage. Called a few other companies but never showed. Called Dan, he told me he would be there in a hour. Not only did he show up a hour later, he repaired the siding right then and there and also checked our roof to ensure no wind damage. A man of his word and a job well done!

  In the past I had rated this business with five stars. I recently reached out to this company for another service because they did such great work before.This time has been awful! It has been a lot of phone tag, unanswered texts and calls from Dan. When he does answer, he tells me he will check in to something and get back to me and he never does. Within the last week, I talked to him and he stated that he would get back to me Saturday morning but he never did. I reached out Monday morning to Dan and I still have not heard back from him. Horrible customer service!!! I wish I could give it no stars.

  As part of a purchase contract on a house the buyer wanted me to have a roof inspection. I was very worried. I felt like this could be a free pass for a dishonest contractor to say repairs were needed though I felt it was in good shape. I found Dan from Cincinnati roofing on the Internet. He showed up at the scheduled time and confirmed my thoughts of the roof being in good shape. If I need a roofer in Cincinnati in the future I will call again.
