  I'd first like to say, I've been renting the home I'm in for over 8yrs and the owner is willing to sell ! It's an older home with without gutters and I can only tell you the roofing is over 15yrs old. I've also recently had carport damage due to a huge oak tree branch that came down during a storm. I contacted Steve Walden with Chisholm Trail early today, explaining I'm an renter and would like an estimate of repair and or replacement, just to have for when I make my offer to buy . I got a reply, within less than 2 hours, " I will send you an email estimate"!! No questions or comments about being a renter and no pushy sales tactics! Just great customer service and exactly what I asked for!! Thank you!!

  I've worked with Steve and the Chisholm Trail team on several projects. Right when we started working together, it was evident that Steve was a very client focused business owner. Our mutual clients best interest was always the best interest of him and his team. This quality about Steve and his team was immediately evident with how he always went the extra mile on anything we needed to help protect our clients.   Larry Thorpe and his crew from Chisholm Trails were wonderful to work with. They took care of everything with our insurance company and completed the job quickly. They cleaned up all construction debris and were very careful with the landscaping. I would highly recommend them!!
