We had a great experience with John and Chicago Roofing Solutions! John came out the next day for a quote and the first available day for our repair. The roof was repaired with a high level of professionalism  and a much better experience than with our previous contractor.

I used Chicago Roofing Solutions for a roof overlay and gutter replacement.  The crew was always on-time, and very efficient.  John explained everything that was done and did a thorough clean-up after completion.  I would highly recommend them for any type of repair or replacement for your roof or gutters.

John and his team were great! Very quick to respond to our urgent call (leak in our roof). Incredibly friendly, understanding and efficient. Would absolutely recommend them.

John and his team were professional, responsive, and did exactly what they said they would do in a shorter timeframe than what they originally estimated. I couldn’t be happier with the work Chicago Roofing Solutions did for me! I shopped a lot of companies, and it was clear others were not the same quality or were way overpriced. Jon did a great job explaining everything and talking through it with me in a simple way that made sense. I felt comfortable they’d do high quality work. Now that they’ve finished and I saw their work, I’m positive I made the right decision and that they didn’t take any short cuts. A few things popped up during the job (extra decking repair needed, rafters replaced, etc.); nothing huge but a few extra things. They did an amazing job with that and didn’t nickel and dime me. Their overall price was competitive. Even better, they schedule you every 5 years to come back out and do maintenance (I think there’s a cost to it but assume it’s reasonable). This made me feel like we’re in it together to make the new roof last as long as possible!

These guys were fantastic!

We recently had our roof resealed as routine maintenance, and Chicago Roofing did a terrific job. They were very prompt with an in-home estimate, took the time to explain their assessment in detail, and had great communication throughout. They were also very flexible with scheduling.

They applied 2 coats of silver coat to our roof. Nick was our foreman for the day and was fantastic. He was super friendly, very communicative, and they did excellent work with great efficiency! I could not be more satisfied.

We had a fantastic experience getting our roof work done with John Miller and his team.  I had a leak in one part of my roof and was considering getting a basic repair or a longer term fix.  After getting a 3rd party to inspect my roof, the result was a series of potential repairs to increase the longevity of our roof and general maintenance.  We talked to a few roofers/roofing companies and felt like Chicago Roofing Solutions was the best option based on price, responsiveness and knowledge.

John took the time to walk me through a few options, was very patient with my questions and was extremely responsive.  His crew was professional and respectful of our home when adding a new membrane.  They completed the job on schedule and according to the timeline they set. John and the team at Chicago Roofing Solutions have been great! We had a leak and ended up needing our entire roof replaced in 2018 in a very short time window (I was pregnant and overdue with my baby, and we needed the roof replaced ASAP!). John worked with us to find a schedule and timeline that worked well. They were flexible and very responsive, and the roofing work was high quality and on schedule! Three years later, we noticed a shingle next to our house - it ended up being our next door neighbor's, but John came out to take a look and was quick, efficient, and helpful.

John and the Chicago Roofing Solutions team are nothing short of amazing.  They came out and fixed 4 major problem areas and touched up the entire parapet around my house. John and his team were very thorough with their work and fixed other smaller, potential problem areas. If you have a flat roof, I'd highly recommend giving them a call!
