  I've used Chavis Roofing three times to replace missing shingles. The first two times he charged $75 and was on time and did a good job. This last time, he didn't show up when he said he would, was several days late, then presented me with a bill for $175 for the same work as before. When I objected to the price, he lowered it back to $100. Be sure you agree on the price BEFORE you get the work done.
