  Great job installing a few years ago. The shingles were guaranteed to be mold resistant. They came out last year and bleached the areas where mold had grown. Mold came back in the same areas and they will not return my repeated phone calls. They have certainly gone down hill in the last year or so.

  Edit.....this roofer is no longer in business. I actually did receive a call after I posted this review. They informed me that they were no longer in business. Called to have someone come out and look at the roof that they had done years ago for an insurance inspection. No return call after a week.

  After 4 years Charles roofing did my new roof, I had to made a small repair. I called him and 3 days after a crew came and did the repair with no charge. Very professional and a very nice person. We flip flop a lot of property in Bradenton and it’s so hard to find good contractors (price, delay...). I recommend Charles Roofing if you need any roof job
