  I had been dealing with overflowing streams of rainwater down the screens of a newly covered deck. (I appears the new roof and gutters may not have been properly configured to handle the increased volume of water.) My phone call was returned within two hours and the technician came by within 24 hours. He made a thorough inspection on the roof, diagnosed the problem, gave me a patient explanation of what was causing the problem, and outlined the various options for fixing it. The work involved installation of six rain diverters as well as repairs -- new flashing and shingles -- at two transition points at the bottom of "valleys" in the roof line. He also inspected two nearby lead pipe boots that may require renewal in the next year. All the work was completed within a week of the time I called, the cost was quite reasonable and the site was completely cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't have been more pleased. Tom Sappelt obviously is very knowledgeable and, just as important, he understands how to communicate honestly and effectively with his customers! I highly recommend.

  My gutters were not draining properly. Made 1 phone call and they were out the same day to see what my problem was. Had an appointment by the next day. They came back and fixed it. Would definitely recomend this company. Vey professional and knowledgeable.
