  Over three weeks ago, my husband contacted Chandler Roofing because we have a water spot on the ceiling from all this rain. A rep said could come and give an estimate. A week later he comes without any samples to choose from. Husband calls, “ Yeah, yeah, i’ll Bring them by.” Yesterday, after a week, I call and said we still didn’t have any samples. “OK, I get them to you today.” He brings ONE sample of ONE color. Meanwhile, with all this rain, the spot is bigger. I would not recommend this company that seems to need an adult to supervise all its employees and jobs.

  I'd heard that this was a good, reliable company, so when I saw them working on a house across the street I went over and asked if they'd give me an estimate on a roof repair on my house. Evan Parrish said he'd come to my house the next morning at 9:00. At about 10:00 I called him. He told me he'd forgotten. He came over right away, looked at the problem and told me he'd email me an estimate by the next day. Ten days or more went by and I didn't hear from him. My wife called the Roofing main office to ask about it. The next day Evan sent me an email with an estimate. I agreed to the estimate in a reply the same day and asked when he could start; he told me he'd be in touch "by the end of the week" (this was a Tuesday), so I thought I'd hear back by Friday. Nine days later, still no reply. I assume that Chandler Roofing is very busy with big jobs and that our small repair was not profitable enough to matter to this company. I wish he'd told me that at the start and saved us both a lot of effort.

  The sales representative was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Chandler Roofing for my project.
