  Karl Vaughn was our representative and we were both very happy with the amount of time he took explaining the products and installation process with us. He went over the warranty in detail and answered all of our questions patiently. We chose to go with Champion even though the price was a little higher than another estimate we'd been given by a competitor because we felt safer with Champion's warranty and that Karl would be working with us throughout the process if we had any further questions.

  CAVEAT: We are prior Champion customers, and we have not yet had Champion come to perform the work: this review is to rate the appointment to get an estimate. Karl Vaughn is a phenom!!! We needed to get estimates on replacing several windows and a front door, as well as installing a storm door on our home. Karl was personable, thorough and patient with all of our questions. When we were walking around our property, he even took time to repair a couple of screen doors his company hadn't installed--the epitome of customer service excellence!!! And yes, we signed a contract to give him/Champion our business. Thank you so much, Karl. You were GREAT!!!

  Karl Vaughn the representative for Topeka stopped by my home while a Champion installation was going on and he wanted to apologize for any inconvenience due to noise while the job was going on! Shared information a brochure with me and current promotion that was happening! I thought this to be very thoughtful and never had any other company do this! His appearance was very professional and neat and smelled great. I'm not quit ready for this . I will be using Karl and his company Champion in the future as he seemed very knowledgeable about the process. Thank you Karl Vaughn!
