  Chamberlin Roofing has provided excellent service at our commercial building. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I appreciate the attention they give to communication from quoting a job to scheduling to walking us through the issue and completed work. I highly recommend this company!

  As far as being an employer, they are very irresponsible. They are extremely unorganized when it comes to assigning their employees to specific projects. Employees have to constantly worry if they are going to be called to work and they have to call to see if they have a project for them to work. This company also seems very oblivious to the fact that people have to pay bills. If you're looking for a part time job this is for you. Workers have to worry if they are going to give them at least 40 hours a week or even get a call that there's work for the next day. They also refuse to give overtime hours. Look somewhere else if you want stability and consistency for yourself and family. I might be wrong, but aren't employers supposed to have a schedule and plan of where ALL of their employees are assigned? That should not be something employees have to worry about. Additionally, in order to keep you to work their they will brain wash you to think that they will give you a higher position like foreman of a group or a raise. Honestly, very poor service as an employer. On the other hand, they do have good insurance benefits and safety courses/rules etc. I don't know about the quality of their work.

We realize the construction industry can be tough; it runs at a rapid pace and can be impeded by weather, which brings a lot of uncertain changes. We also realize what Chamberlin does is hard work – sometimes requiring to be on high-rise buildings, occasional extreme temperatures and installing complex roofing and waterproofing systems. For that and many other reasons, we take measures to consistently train and develop our team members. We are glad to provide opportunities to enhance skills through our craft, safety and leadership training. These skills will forever be useful in our team members’ career paths. We are unhappy to hear someone would feel brainwashed being a part of our Chamberlin team. We are truthful in that we strive to provide all our employees an opportunity for advancement. From our field technicians growing to become Foremen and Superintendents, to our Project Coordinators becoming Project Managers, our professional development stories are many. We are very proud of team members developing their careers with us, and we know the work awarded to us by our clients is truly only a reflection of their work and we would not be a successful specialty contractor if it wasn’t for them. Our Craft Training programs, including but not limited to Chamberlin University, provides skill enhancement training to employees to allow them the ability to work on multiple scopes of work, providing additional opportunities for hours. There are many more programs we have in place and are developing to ensure our employees have unmatched professional opportunities within Chamberlin.
