  I had two roofing companies come out to my home and tell me that my roof was shot but insurance wouldn’t cover it as it’s normal wear and tear. The quotes each gave me were between 15-18k for roof replacement since insurance wouldn’t cover the damage. I was very discouraged when a reached out and told me to get Chad out to take a look. Chad came by the house the next morning took a bunch of pictures and said let’s get your insurance company out this is the original roof and it has tons of damage that insurance should cover. So, w Chad’s help I called and made a claim the adjuster came out and Chad met him at my house. They went over it together and determined insurance would cover the roof. I decided the other two companies wanted to make money off of a single mom! Chad sent his crew out and in a day and half I had a branch new gorgeous roof completely covered by my owners. The crew was fast and efficient and kept all the way around my home clean the entire time. I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am to have found Chad Dodson! Don’t call anyone else!
