  Certitude did excellent work. Everything from quote to completion was profession and smooth. The quality of the product was much better than the other firms that I was considering and the price was better. The construction team was respectful and the clean up was amazing! So glad we used Certitude! Absolutely no regrets!

  I received multiple quotes to replace my roof and gutters. Generally speaking, all the companies offered comparable products and warranty's. Most companies will inspect your roof, then throw some outrageous price at you. If you disagree, they'll call their manager and shave 20% off and still be too high. They'll try every dirty sales gimmick imaginable to get you to sign, and two hours later you'll practically have to throw them out. The experience with Certitude was immediately different. They came to my house, did a quick inspection, treated me and my home with respect and left within a half hour. They followed up with a extremely detailed quote within 24 hours and brought their best price first! It blew everyone else's "Best" price away A good sales team isn't enough though. The installation experience was great as well. They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a thorough job cleaning after. Their crew kept me informed on their progress and made sure I understood any issues they found under the old roof. The new roof and gutters look great!

  I had a great experience with Certitude! They replaced a flat roof that was leaking over an addition in my house. The team was professional, arrived on time, completed the job in the time they said it would take and cleaned up really well at the end. The new roof looks great; thanks!
