Bill and his crew did a great job and were very friendly. My new 6" gutters look amazing! Highly recommend!

Came out for measurements and informed me that it will take approx 3 weeks for install.  Completed the install as quoted and the product looks and functions perfectly.  Thank you Bill and team.  Highly recommended.

Called for an estimate and they came out the next day.. told them I wanted them to do the job and they fit me in there schedule and got the job done the same day.. I strongly recommend bill and his crew at certified gutters they were very nice and polite and worked hard.

They went above and beyond. They called right back and scheduled and estimate and were there the next day to look at our problem. We were having flooding in our basement and they came out immediately to solve the problem. They did a great job! The gutters look fantastic and they left no mess behind! Everyone was very friendly and the secretary was very polite and processional. Can not say enough about this company would recommend to anyone. Thanks for the great work!

I first contacted this company on Thursday 5/9/2019.  The person who answered the phone was very polite and willing to give a quote over the phone which I really appreciated (I knew there may be some wiggle room due to it being over the phone) and the price was very good.  I had to speak with my wife whom was away at the time but I told him I was call back on Friday.  I did call back and was told that they were in my area and would be out to do the gutters that day...I thought that was great service.  When they never showed up nor did they call I was a little disappointed but then called to ask if they were coming.  I was told that the customer they were at was adding lots of things and they wouldn't be out but could be out on Tuesday the 14th.  I asked him what time, he was unable to give a time but said he would call me to let me know.  I hadn't heard anything as of 2pm on Tuesday and called to verify he was coming out....again I was told that he was on another job and wouldn't be making it out but he would be out Wednesday the 15th.  Here we are at 3:52 after another call and saying he was on another job, I told him that if he couldn't be out today I was going to have to go with another company.  His only reply was "Go ahead with someone else then".

On a side note, on the original call I did tell him that I needed to get this done quickly due to needing to get some mulch down.  He was aware that I needed a time frame due to this.  I would have appreciated him just telling me he was backed up initially and I would have looked elsewhere, however his price was pretty competitive and I may have went with him anyway.  To me it looked like he was pushing me down the line because I may not have been very convenient for some reason.  If you choose to go with this company be aware that they may string you along.  I'll be calling Hohmann and Sons.

If you can get them out to your house to do a full days job, they are fairly decent. In my case, they left my house without finishing. Hey, emergencies happen but they can back days later to finish the project. I personally own my own construction business and that is just flat out bad business.
However, I reached out to them to get new gutters put on my garage. They no-called, no-showed 3 separate times. When I finally got a hold of them, they were extremely unprofessional and told me to use someone else!? I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
On the plus side they do good work and their prices are very reasonable....BUT, if you do your research there are a handful of companies in the area that do it better. All-Around.

Not a good company to use.  Does not honor their contracts and trying to get them to complete a job is impossible.  Would not recommend using this company.  If you read the "great reviews" you will see its mostly family members writing the reviews... Very poor service!

I apologize about the mix up that there has been, our jobs this time of the year are weather permitting. Unfortunately if we have a job scheduled and it is freezing rain or snowing badly we are not able to do it that day. We ALWAYS honor our contracts and have honored the first contract that we had even with all the problems and mix up on your end. You have to understand that the material we used for that project had to be special ordered and takes over a week to come in. We were originally told to clean the gutters on all the units and replace gutters on 12 units and ordered enough material accordingly for what was asked. When we arrived, we were told they no longer wanted the gutters cleaned and were given a map with multiple units where they wanted the gutters replaced. It totaled to be over 22 units where gutters had to be replaced therefore we did not have enough material. We ordered the material and also listed additional units where the gutters should have been replaced, we were told to only replace the additional gutters listed. We came back once the material arrived and replaced the gutters on the additional units requested. Then once again you changed the work order and requested gutter guards. We ordered the guards and AGAIN came out to install them on the gutters we already replaced. You called and said a lady didn't get her gutters installed and was having water problems, this was a unit that we had suggested replacing and was told not to do so. We drove out of our way to go look at the gutter AGAIN and you then told us to replace the gutter, you also then changed your mind again and decided that you wanted the gutters cleaned out anyways. By this time we already had begun a large project and the weather was poor. It is very hard to clean gutters out when the gutters are filled with ice and everything is frozen. Again I apologize about the whole situation but we have always worked with you and have gone above and beyond to make people happy.

Called on a Wednesday was told they would be out on Thursday or Friday and they never showed. Called back the following Thursday was told they would be there the following day(Friday) and again they did not show up. Called again on Tuesday and left a message and never got a call back. For being a business they must not need the money.. cash In hand and can’t even get a call back.. what a joke!
