  Something is definitely wrong here... I had a general enquiry to make regarding the roof on our house and my first call was answered and before I could even announce my name the guy on the other end muttered something and hung up. I confirmed I had the right number and called back straight away just figuring it may have been by accident but alas, the same guy answered and hung up again within the first 10 seconds? Clearly not interested in obtaining business or unhappily out of business maybe... I'll happily change this review if a representative of the company wishes to contact me and provide a satisfactory explanation.
