  This company is the worst. Our insurance company even recommended them to have our roof, siding and gutters done. We had our roof, siding and gutters done about 5 years ago. They workers left their lunch mess all over our yard and our dogs kept finding chicken bones from wings everywhere, they damaged both our outside water spickets, and we were finding nails all over the place after they had finished the job, and to top it off they way over ordered materials for our house and they gave us 1 piece of siding and 1 pack of shingles. So they charged the insurance for all those materials and never used them. The workers rushed getting everything done and stuff is falling off our house, things were not cut properly and we had to contact Direct TV to have our satellite fixed and a plumber to have our outside water spickets fixed. Unknown if they paid the plumber like they said they were going to. The plumber called us looking for payment and I told them to contact the contractor company. The plumber was giving company's info to send invoice to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS RIP OFF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEY DO NOT DO QUALITY WORK!

  I few years ago when we had a hail storm, I had them put a new roof on. I was happy. They got it done and got the insurance payment. Forward to this week. I sent them a note regarding some damage to my roof due to a wind storm that blew off on the rig vents. I didn't hear anything, so I called. Before I could explain, the person on the phone told me that they weren't taking on new clients, I told her that was an old client. She looked it up and to,d me that there only a 2 year warranty. I asked if I had mentioned warranty, which I hadn't. Then she said that they weren't taking on new clients. I told that she just looked me up. Then she told me that anyone outside the warranty period are considered new clients. How crazy is that. They want us when they want business, but when they have plenty to do, we don't count. NEVER GO THERE FIR ANYTHING. You won't get service. I just wanted some one to come out and look at it and then repair. I never asked for warranty work. I wanted any new shirkers to match what they put on. Very rude attitude by the receptionist.

  I would highly recommend CAT Contracting to everyone. I met with 4 contractors to have my hail damage repaired. My CAT rep completed a thorough inspection and presented a very professional report. He then provided documentation to my insurance company and my roof and siding were paid for. They were much more knowledgeable and detail-oriented than the other companies I met with. The crews they used were excellent, and they are the only company I have seen use safety equipment. I would encourage anyone dealing with storm damage or needing new roofs or siding to use them.
