  My wife and I built a home this last year and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The process was well organized and we had the flexibility to pick what we wanted. It wasn't cookie-cutter at all. We really feel that we ended up with a quality home at a great price. We are excited to raise our kids in this house.

  Not impressed with them at all. The builder/manager made us an offer on the house he had for sale. We were happy to accept and when we submitted a formal offer, it was rejected and his real estate company questioned the validity of where the offer came from. I think it’s in bad taste to make an offer to potential buyers and not be able to follow through with said offer. None of them were friendly to deal with.
