  Window Installation (8) was done by BJ & Dan. Both were courteous and respectful. Windows were installed in a timely manner on a Saturday and in the cold “gotta love Michigan weather”. Highly recommend!

  By the time Ryan B. arrived to do the estimate, we had already met with a few window companies and did some research. Ryan was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the company/product. He showed up on time, was very professional and courteous. He took as much time as we needed to go over everything and even answered some questions we had about other products they offer. During the presentation we were shown a variety of options from window quality, accessories, styles and more. The heat test was a nice addition that no other companies offered. It really gave an idea of how great the premium product is. Ryan even offered to test any of our windows on our 122+ year old farmhouse. He was honest about competitors without throwing them under the bus. Ryan gave us a lot ideas to help us decide which window will look best where, what size we could do and what would be the most affordable option if we wanted to go that route. He made sure we took into consideration matching the windows on each side of the house if we wanted a cohesive look. He never tried to upsell us a more expensive product or something we didn't need. Castle Centurion as a company had the best warranty by far. Every other company we met with and researched put a lot of limitations, costs or fine print in their warranty. Their warranty shows how much they genuinely back their product. I can't wait until they are installed this summer!

  We had Ryan Bruot come out from Castle Centurion Exteriors! He was so nice and very prompt! He explained everything very throughly to us. He answered every question we have. He was very knowledgeable on everything as well. He also worked with us on our budget. He was also very personable which was such a great relief!
