Tom Castle is a smooth talker. Expect to given one price at the start of the project only to have the money run out part way through. if you don't have money to finish the project--Tom will gone and you will be stuck. A $60,000 estimated home renovation ended up costing over $120,000--twice the original estimate. No other builder would take over the project, leaving a house torn apart until more money was provided.
