  I had experienced water damage in my home during storm Ida in the fall of 2021. A roof leak was the culprit. Marcy and her team diagnosed the problem and delivered the needed repair all in a span of less than two weeks. Not only were they responsive, they kept to the promised schedule and communicated accordingly throughout the process. Their deliverable and the associated warranty is valued and is very much appreciated.

  This company is most excellent to work with. I had a really bad roof leak and they gave me timing information when they could do it. They were on time and fixed my problem most expeditiously. They kept me informed on everything they did. There were no hidden costs or surprises. Almost two years later I did have a bit of a problem with a bad leak. They came right out and assessed the issue. The problem was immediately rectified. There have been no further issues since then. Marcy was wonderful to work with. Chances are you will have to leave a message but she is great at returning calls within a day or so. She does a terrific job of keeping you informed every step of the way. I am very happy with the work they did. The price was in keeping with my budget. Their pricing is a lot more reasonable than most of the contractors I spoke with. I highly recommend them!! I will definitely use them again if needed.

  Marcy and the rest of the group did a great job. We bought our house thinking we could get a few more years out of the roof until the first storms of the year. We got about six quotes, Castelli was far and away the best mix of value and guarantees. They explained what they were going to do and did it including addressing our chimney which two other roofers had quoted as a separate $1500 job for a mason. When we still had one leak, rather than five, they came back out, mucked an area I was concerned about but they weren’t. We eventually replaced the thirty year old siding and everything’s been great since. They were patient and got to the problem. They’re from the neighborhood, they get it, they do good work. Highly recommend.
