  Avoid at all costs! Casteel's roof and door on my balcony was poorly done. Casteel sent someone to redo the work, but that individual (Jesse) only made it worse. To make matters even worse, Casteel stopped answering my phone calls and my emails even though the work was still under the warrantee, and he refused a registered letter I sent that outlined how I hoped we could resolve the situation. I had, after all, paid more than $6000 for the roof and door. In the end, I hired another contractor to repair the damage.

  Been in business for along time. Frank C. Owner takes pride in his work. He built the co. From the ground up only having a dollar to his name at age 18. So if he's were he's at today that should speak for itself on how good his business is.
