  Was supposed set up utilities and septic for my daughter, a single parent of an infant child, and hasn’t done so to this day. Months and frustration… “next week” is right! I don’t recommend him or his business to anyone.. He has put my daughter and child in a very bad bind/situation. NOT NICE- DONT DO IT!

  Albert "next week" Chavez never completed any work he contracted for. He poured the slab on my home then never returned even after 14 months. Would tell me "next week" every time.
