  The Carswell crew saved the day for us, taking over after another "restoration" company literally botched Every. Single. Thing. they attempted at our home. The details were handled with great care, all work was performed promptly and professionally. We learned the hard way to hire a company who has their own crews instead of sending random sub-contractors, like the former company was doing. Carswell itemized all jobs that would be needed to restore our home to us former quality level, plus went to the insurance company to get money back for jobs poorly done prior to their takeover. We got back in our home as we wanted it without huge personal cost. I cannot give but 5 stars, I would give 10 if possible.

  Carswell Construction team members delivered wonderful customer service. EVERY one of the employees displayed professional, timely, and excellent workmanship! Chad Irven and Scott Clark were very accommodating to our schedule and worked tirelessly to provide service that met our specific needs during the entire process! Any and all of our future construction needs will be done by Carswell’s Construction and Restoration!

  I recently had Ben Careswell of Carswell Construction in Shelby NC, come in to complete the Restoration of my home of 37 years after a accidental laundry room fire. I can’t tell you how happy I am. This is a family-owned business that takes great pride in what they offer. This may Sound a little corny but it’s so very true – When you deal with Ben Carswell and his Team, you’re treated like family, probably better in many cases. Ben and Daniel helped me design my reconstructed home according to my original 37 year old house. They explained everything that would need to be gutted and brought up to code. They are very patient people and never made me feel indecisive despite the fact that I am. I doubt there are many firms in the entire country that are genial and comfortable and just plain nice. Also, they explain everything in as much or as little detail as you want and all those details are laid out in an organized fashion. I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Ben Carswell,the owner and Mr. Marvin his chief contractor along with Mr. Bob their Cabinet man, several times to layout the plan of what would be redone. The team of employees Mr. Carswell employees were absolutely great men to have working on the reconstruction of my home of 37 1/2 years. they all worked very hard and Mr. Carswell head carpenter Mr. Marvin, began the work immediately and the amount of care he gave my home, according to my lifestyle, was amazing, his craftsmanship was evident from day one. Mr. Ben Careswell the owner, Mr. Marvin the head contractor, Bob cabinetry, John; Daniel; Coy and the rest of Careswell wonderful team that participated From the beginning until the end with my restoration, they made everything so easy with their process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a home project to be done.Carswell Construction Team demonstrated their professionalism, expertise, customer service, and true passion for their business. I can’t emphasize enough just how wonderful Mr. Ben Carswell and his team of contractors are; their attention to detail is unbelievable, and it shows in the final product.I’ve already talked with Ben about a few other projects my family and friends, would like him to do in their homes; I highly recommend to all of them to consider Ben Carswell Construction for any of their renovation work. I could go on and on, but bottom line, our project was delivered on time, on budget, and looks absolutely beautiful. I know for a fact we will be hiring Carswell’s Construction Company again to complete any remodeling or construction in the future.
