  Important PSA: If you are searching for a builder, STOP right now and go with Carroll Construction!! I could never list all of the positive things I have to say, but here are a few: 1. The Carroll Construction team is knowledgeable. They brought us through every step of building a custom home, from drawing up the plans to the finished product. 2. Communication: Your questions will typically be answered within the hour. They use an app so that you can easily send questions or comments, and all team members can see it and respond. 3. Quality: Our home is beautiful (which is important, of course), but it also contains quality materials. The Carroll Construction team will work with you to get the absolute best materials that are within your budget. As I said previously, these are just a few reasons to choose Carroll Construction. Give them a call, and see what they can do for you! You won’t regret it!

  Carroll Construction built our custom dream home! From start to finish, the process was amazing. The team was committed to building our home within our budget, while also maintaining the highest quality of work. My husband appreciated the fixed price as well as the transparency and the openness/availability of the construction team. I was pleased with the design services which included personal assistance with design ideas to make my home perfect for me. We were provided with guidance and options throughout every selection. This helped keep us in budget while also ensuring our design ideas were respected. The CoConstruct app was another perk of using Carrol Construction. The process details, financials, selections and schedules were updated continuously on the app and communication with the construction team was superb. They treated us like family before, during and after the home building process. Highly recommend!
