  Our 20 yr old roof needed to be completely replaced due to age and damage. Jerry with Carrington was quick to respond to our inquiry and gave us a very fair estimate. He also spent time in person (with proper COVID protocol) going over our insurance claim with both my husband and I to make sure we fully understood the charges and how everything needed to be paid including what our portion would be and why. He provided visual samples of our color choices and scheduled us quickly for the job itself. The crew was efficient and left everything clean and tidy including making sure all nails were picked up (we have a 2 yr old) so this was really awesome to me. The finished roof looks so good and they were able to fix several leaks that we had no idea were even there. For local good business and great customer service, go with Carrington.
