  I flip houses in Greensboro and needed a roof replacement on one of my new properties. Carolina’s Best Roofing came through and gave me a solid roof for a very reasonable price. Can’t wait to work with them in the future.

  The owners of CBR Inc., Mr. Johnathan Westbrook and Mr. Francois Neufville, were unhelpful, unapologetic, did not take responsibility for or any vested interest in rectifying the damages caused by their company, and were not interested in seeing to it that the project was completed. Do NOT do business with this dishonest and unhelpful company if you want a quality roof, a smooth and efficient install, or timely customer service. Carolina's Best Roofing Inc. (CBR Inc.) was provided more than 4 months' time and no less than 5 opportunities to complete the proper installation of an asphalt shingle roof on my house in Richlands, NC following damages from Hurricane Florence. The initial install of the roof was completed on 29 December 2018, at which time the quality of workmanship and installation of the shingles was so poor that a complaint was immediately filled with CBR Inc., requesting a crew be sent back to the property to correct the improper installation of shingles along the valleys of the roof, the starter shingles along the edges, and numerous breakages along the peaks and sides of the roof. Each of the 4 times CBR Inc. sent a crew back to the property to unsuccessfully attempt to work on the repairs, a foreman or supervisor who was capable of communicating with the homeowner and the crew was never present. Additionally, CBR Inc.'s crews caused extensive damages of over $950 to the siding, rear door, rear door frame, rear window, rear exterior outlet cover, and the landscaping and lawn. CBR Inc. failed to complete the repairs and remediation and ended up causing more extensive and expensive damages around the entire exterior of the property structure, resulting in an incomplete roofing system that would not pass a home inspection, remained unfinished without a warranty, damaged, and unreliable against the elements and weather. The failures of CBR Inc. to fulfill the terms of the contract and properly install the roof in a reasonable amount of time has significantly inhibited, delayed for months, and prevented me from being able to list the property for sale by the target date of 1 May 2019.

  I rarely post a review, but I must say how very pleased and surprised at how easy it was to do business with Carolinas Best Roofing!! I first met Tommy Williams and was very impressed with his knowledge, experience and professionalism. He went the extra mile to ensure that this job would run smoothly. The roofers arrived and finished my roof in 1 day, which was sooner than I expected. They were very efficient, experienced and equally as important, kind. When the job was finished, they picked up all debris, which included running magnet machines to pick up nails and other possible metals. I am very pleased and have had MANY compliments on my roof... I love it, but I have to say that one thing I was most impressed with was the fact that one of the business owners, Francois Neufville, was overseeing the job and wanted to make sure I was satisfied.. Thank you Carolinas Best Roofing for a job well done and a pleasant experience!!
