  Do not use this company! Lee Poarch was very professional at the beginning until after we'd signed the contract and I'd given him half the money upfront to begin our rehab. He said he could get it done quickly because he had a lot of guys on his crew. After the contract was signed and the check was delivered, 2-3 guys were there for only a few hours for only a few days doing demo. They trashed my yard, partially removed my sidings, and never came back to finish the work. I've reached out to him multiple times to finish the job. He promised me he would and signed a second contract. We signed the first contract in April and the second one in June. My house was soaked with water from the rain because he removed the vinyl sidings. I've asked him to return my funds because he never bought the materials. He's ignored my calls, texts, and letters. Do not use him! He's scammed me and I had to put a lot of money into the rehab. I'll never do business with him or his company again.

  There were 3 guys on the project for 2 weeks straight there wer hundreds of wholes in the walls and we have pictures and proof of the work being done cannot wait to meet in court and will be counter sueing for lost moneys asked for a small draw to cover labor cost after first week to get job done the answer was no so we had to result in taking payroll out of the initial "materials check" which resulted in not having the money to purchase the remaining materials. Materials purchased were paint sheetrock puddy 5 windows 2 interior doors. We tore off siding on the front and flooring to prepare for more flooring without the funds to do anymore we were awaiting this company that btw is not on google and was probably trying to scam us to give us funds after talking us down from 25k to 12k on a 25-30k rehab

  My roof is good . They did a amazing job on it. I had financing for siding and windows that I'm still paying on with no work done and no windows or siding. About to pay my 5th payment this week .. Me, my husband have called and texted and no responds has been made.. When the work is done I will change my experience to good. But as of right now my windows are wrapped in plastic so my kids don't freeze.

  I paid Carolina Roofing and Construction LLC $5,000.00 (1/2 of the full amount), and found out later that I was SCAMMED. The Owner, Roger Poarch initially denied receiving my money. He went from denial to telling me that he could give me all but 750.00 back because he paid the salesman (Chad Woodley), that amount. After speaking with the salesman, I learned that the disclosure was false. I told Mr. Poarch that I wanted a full refund. He said that he needed a month to return the money because he didn’t have it at the time. He said that he told the salesman that he was closing the business, but he not only accepted my money, but spent it for his personal needs. I am STILL trying to get my $5,000.00 refunded. I am a Retired Veteran and I NEED my money NOW. Please BEWARE. This is a SCAM company. I will see him in court. Photos and text will be available to review
