  I hired this company because the owner is a local businessman who happens to had been friends with family members. Since I value small local owned businesses, I hired his company off from a reference. He did a new roof for my brother and offered him a 50 year warranty. Upon signing a contract, I was also guaranteed the same warranty. The work was completed in April 2017 & by November 2017, I needed a repair. The owner, Carlton did show up to fix the leak, however, that same leak spread by the end of winter and I've had nothing but problems with my roof since. I recently got a roof repair estimate and was told that half of my roof, the plywood was never replaced when the old roof was and that the plywood wasn't laid properly so there's a buckle in the wood so that's causing a gap leading to the leaking. In order to fix this problem, my whole roof needs to be replaced and after trying to contact Carlton for the last 4 year's, he's not returning any emails, text messages, or phone calls.

  These guys installed my roof about 12 years ago and did a great job; it was a fast, clean installation for a great price. I recently had a minor leak on a flat portion of the roof. They came out within one day and fixed the leak, no charge. I'm a happy customer and will call them next time I need a roof.

  I called these guys for an estimate on a roof repair. Within 2 hours, they not only gave me an estimate, but offered to do the work right away. Their estimate was 1/3 the cost of the other estimate that I received (3 others couldn’t even return my call, including the roofers that did the job 10 years ago). Friendly and professional, oh and the repair looks good too.
