  Can't get anyone knowledgeable to talk about stock wood house siding and trim. Everyone pawns calls and requests off and no one calls back or can answer basic ?s.

We have been training new staff members, and while we are sure their intention was to assist you to the best of their ability, that apparently did not occur. With 20k items in stock, some questions need to be handled by our more experienced estimating team, and we apologize for any mis-steps in the transfer process.
