We hired Carefree Homes to do new siding, windows, and a new deck on our home after having previously worked with them on some smaller remodeling jobs. There were three seperate teams working on the three specific items and they were all terrific. Justin, Chris, Curt, Danny, and Neil were all pleasant to have around the house for four weeks. They were respectful, professional and kept the project on time and on budget. Thank you to the Pickup family and the whole team at Carefree.

Thanks to the Carefree Homes New Year New Roof Giveaway. My Brother was the 2022 recipient of a new roof. The care and detailed information we received was beyond what we could have ever expected. Stephanie’s constant communication from the start of the project to finish, is the perfect example of what a company should be. The crew went to work right away and in two days all that was left behind was a beautiful new roof. Thank you for the great work done by all at Carefree Homes and we look forward to working with you on any projects we may have in the future.

We used Care Free Homes to replace our deck with a screened porch and a larger deck. We almost gave up on the project after getting high estimates from other builders, but Care Free Homes provided a very reasonable estimate and we're glad we chose them. Nathan and Dana were always available to discuss the project in a straightforward way, and our build teams (Neil and Danny first, then Tony and Curtis) did great work. They also made extra effort to leave the work area in a usable state when there was a pause in the build, so that we could host a family gathering and use the space. We're very happy with the outcome.
