  After having a poor experience with another roofing company who pretty much ghosted us, we contacted Jody with Cardinal based on the recommendation of our neighbors who used them for an entire roof replacement. Cardinal did not require a fee for a roof inspection and were very straightforward about the process of filing with our insurance and the chances of them approving our appeal to our claim which I appreciated. They were able to send out a crew to conduct the needed repairs to our roof who were very polite, professional and did a great job cleaning up when they left. The communication was night and day compared to the other company. Highly recommend!

  A good friend recommended Cardinal Roofing and Exteriors to replace my hail damaged roof. She spoke very highly of John and his integrity. That's all I needed to hear to give them a call. John was very responsive from the start. He came right over, assessed the damage and pointed out some things I hadn't really thought of like my carport roof. John answered all of my questions. He encouraged me to have him come back over when the insurance rep would be there to assess the damages. John helped me to select the best shingles for my house, and even offered to drive to Dallas to pick them up if they weren't available locally. Roofing materials were delivered within a couple of weeks, and installation began the next day. The crew put tarps down around the house, and covered our ponds with plywood as well to protect them. The crew finished the job in 2 days (I have a big roof), and left the yard and driveway completely clean. John stopped by when the job was done and personally walked around the house picking up a few tiny scraps I hadn't even noticed. If you're looking for a roofer with integrity, experience and an eye for detail, you owe it to yourself to call John at Cardinal Roofing and Exteriors.

  I couldn’t be happier with the work done on my house. Curtis was very responsive, and he and Juan were both so easy to work with. Their whole team was exceptional, and the finished product is really beautiful. They replaced my roof and gutters, touched up paint, repaired trim, and constructed a cover for my patio. I’m already planning my next project and will definitely work with Cardinal again!
