  Pat and his team are amazing. They gave me a new flat roof and replaced all the windows in my DC row house. His prices are fair and very competitive, communication was great throughout the process. He has different expert teams for windows and roofs and both executed flawlessly. The increased comfort and energy savings have been wonderful, plus everything looks great. Highly recommend!!

  Highly recommend Capitol Improvements to anyone in the area in need of roofing work. They are a family business, and clearly skilled and highly knowledgeable in their trade. Their estimate came in several thousand less than two other roofers in the area using the same materials and methods. The work was done on time and quickly and appears to be top notch.

  Our home was in need of a lot of TLC beginning with replacement of the roof. I contacted Capitol Improvement after chatting with a colleague about his pleasure with his new roof from Capitol Improvement. My husband and I met with Pat Jewell and he was such a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and kind. We felt comfortable with this company. I understand they use employees rather than subcontractors! We ended up getting a new roof, trim, coil, gutters w/ covers and downspouts. Very, very pleased with their work!! Thanks so much to Mr. Jewell and his staff. The painting of the siding and window trim was done by another company. The house looks great.
