Pricing was higher than competitors, but the level of service we received prior to the job influenced us to choose Canty Foundations. Sales person was thorough and well informed. Follow up team for financials and scheduling was very professional. Schedulers made two attempts to move our project date to an earlier time than scheduled - successfully on the second time. Installers were professional, personable, and well informed, as well as being able to make needed adjustments to the job on site. The job was well done and accomplished the goals needed, and we are currently satisfied with the work. That praise and satisfaction being stated, the installation team was scheduled too tight for the estimated arrival time making them arrive significantly late for my job for which I had taken the day off. This made it impossible for my husband or myself to be present for the majority of the work the following day or be informed of the on site change to the quoted job specifications. Additionally, the job took almost DOUBLE the estimated amount of foundational piping, significantly affecting the pricing that was already higher than their competitors. Had the job been more accurately estimated, it would have factored into our decision making process.

I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. Everything was explained clearly. Before and after pictures were taken. The work was first-rate. When it comes time for any more work to be done, Cantey Foundation Specialists will be my first call.
