  I called Cannon Roofing to try and come out to check some leak issues. It took over a week and my calling back several times to get help scheduling with Amanda. After the crew came out to inspect, they made a temp repair and explained what all needed to be done. I agreed and asked them to have me scheduled ASAP for the full repairs. Once again, over a week passed and I had to initiate scheduling the repair with Amanda. They do not seem to review notes from visits to see if further work is necessary. I don’t know if that is Amanda’s job but she has been a bottleneck for me on two occasions so far. They do good work but ONLY call if you’re not in a pinch!

  Cannon Roofing installed a new roof on my 1910 home a week before the tornado came through Spartanburg. My neighborhood was hit hard by the storm, but my new roof withstood the high winds with no issues. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the work they do. Thank you, Cannon Roofing!
