  A job done right, a job down well. So grateful I found Cannizzo Construction! I am on the board of a small townhouse complex and had to do my first big project of replacing the roof on a 5unit building. Needless to say I was a bit nervous and a bit out of my expertise, but the way Cannizzo Construction works with customers left me completely reassured that choosing them was the right decision. Dan and John helped me through the entire process. They are honest, accessible which is really important, professional, knowledgeable, really good at what they do and fun to work with. Their crew is very skilled, polite and professional. They were easy to deal with, extremely fair when the unknown things popped up and we stayed in budget. I would definitely work with them again and I would 100% recommend working with them.

  The team is very professional. Dan arrived promptly, walked through the entire roof replacement process and the quote breakdown. Very thorough. Exceptional work and turn around. Highly recommended.

  Beware they will not honor their warranty. When they first finished the job we thought it was fine. 6 months later we’ve had two leaks. The first one they fixed after weeks of backs and forth emails and no shows. They second leak is much larger. After another no show they came and agreed it needed to be fixed but became downright hostile when asked to commit to a time frame for fixing it. Now it’s three months later and not a word from them. We’ve had to hire another company to fix their mistakes. Look elsewhere if you want a company that honors their warranty and treats customers with respect.
