  TOTALLY dissatisfied!!! The job they did in no way looks like ANY of the pictures they advertise on their website. I called and notified them and it was like...oh well, this is the kind of work we do.

  When you initially called us, we told you how much it would cost to make the repairs to your leaking roof. You stated that was too high, so you got someone else to fix it. That repair didn't work, so you came back to us to fix the leak. We quoted a patch repair and at the time you were happy with it. Had we made the repairs that we originally quoted, you would have a good looking roof. You however, opted for a patch (which fixed your leak) and now you're upset with our work. We even offered to paint the patch to make it more like the rest of the roof, but you refused. So to state that we said "this is the kind of work we do" is incorrect. We answered all your calls and tried to work out a solution for what you called an unsightly repair.
