  I've shared some pictures a few years ago of the horrible looking efflorescence on our retaining wall. There was a response from Cambridge saying something about the lack of clean stone and drainage behind the wall. Also that there was no filter fabric and the dirt was washing through staining the wall. They were incorrect. The wall was done exactly the way they recommend. If you notice the picture with the 2 columns in front of the fire pit you see the stains on them as well. FYI, they are hollow inside so it would be impossible to have anything washing through. To add insult to injury now our driveway pavers are beginning to crack and chip all around. We NEVER use salt on the pavers and only cars are parked on the driveway! I'm sure they'll be an excuse for that as well. We've spent $70,000 total on all the hardscape work done and couldn't be more disappointed with their products!

  Efflorescence is a common occurrence with concrete products. Please read https://cambridgepavers.com/managing-efflorescence Chipped pavers in your driveway- this happens because of movement with the driveway. Those areas are most likely low spots causing friction between the pavers. There is no need for an excuse- you can see it in your photos these issues are only happening at the corners where the pavers are rubbing together.

  We cannot thank Cambridge’s Charlie Tesauro enough! We had two larger scale jobs open for two months that could not be finished due to the recent high demand/ material shortage our industry has been facing. Our team had been consistently calling Cambridge distributors in the tri-state area every other day to see if we could find what we needed to close these two jobs. We were willing to do anything, even if it meant traveling out of state (which we have in the past). Our customers were starting to get upset and fearful that they wouldn’t be able to enjoy their property for the summer. We reached out to Charlie with our fingers crossed and let him know what we needed to complete the jobs: 5 Cubes of Ledgestone Cap in Onyx/ Natural and 2 Cubes of MaytRx 6” Plus Wall in Sandstone Blend. In NOT EVEN one business day, Charlie had sourced our missing material for both jobs. Thankfully they were both local on Long Island. We were able to secure it and complete both jobs immediately thereafter- and maintain our good relationship with both customers. Quality customer service is our top priority at Stone Escapes, it’s essential and what our small business is built upon. Charlie provided EXCELLENT service for a task we thought to be impossible. Again, we can’t express our gratitude enough. We continue to stand behind Cambridge and their superior production of paving stones 100%.   Our family had an extraordinarily positive experience with Cambridge - with their staff, their distributors, and their products. We used only Cambridge products for a complete outdoor renovation of retaining walls, steps, and pathways. The company accommodated us beyond any call of duty and their pavers, wall stone, and caps are beautiful. We wouldn't change a thing about the experience and they way our renovated property looks thx to Cambridge!
