  Hired this guy to do some tile floors. It was an absolute disaster. Kept giving me reasons why the job was taking longer or kept getting delayed. He made an absolute mess in the house. I would show up to the house, doors open, no one there. 5 gallon bucket of mortar left hardening in the middle of the floor. He did all the cutting and mixing in the house and didn't cover anything so there was a thick layer of construction dust throughout the entire house, in all the cabinets, everywhere. Grout was so sloppily applied that it had hardened on the base boards and the dishwasher. Tiles were uneven and chipped. There were hollow tiles (not stuck to the floor so I could just pry them up with a screwdriver) throughout the area. Oh and he used nails as spacers and left dozens of them mortared into the floor so there were little metal bits of nails sticking up all over the place. I had to rip out all the tile and have it completely redone. Look man I didn't just cancel a payment, I had to submit photos and have a second professional come evaluate the job and then the bank had to perform their own evaluation and determined I was justified a refund. I still have all of that documentation. You should appreciate that I only asked for my deposit back and didn't come after you for the cost of time and materials wasted. I've also saved a copy of your response below, and if anything happens to me, my family, or my property and I have any reason to think you where involved I'll have your statement as proof of hostile intent.

  Ok 1st of all you said everything was looking great until it was almost done then cancelled deposit. By the way I worked December 24-Jan 1st for this guy he is a scam artist took a lot for me not to ruin where you work. Now I think I may just have to make that call you really should stop trying to scam people out their hard earned dollars. I think you need someone to help you see reality. I worked 20hrs a day replacing all the floors in your home taking flooring from kitchen, to have you make me reuse it in the bedrooms saving you another 2000 on top of what you screwed me out of. I usually wouldn't stoop to your level but I may just have to. There isn't any words I can say to do you like you did me only actions see you sooner or later bud have a good time looking over your shoulder because you deserve to live like that. You have karma to deal with, and many other things soon to come your way go back to Mississippi while you can before you cross to many people who did good for you. The only spot you could break up like you did with a chisel and hammer was where you made me hurry up and push the fridge back over it before fully cured just play someone else before you can't back you mouth up from all the lies that dribble out of it. Thanks have a great day living on my dollar bud, it was a write off to me before you went passing your lies to others now you just made it personal.

  Scheduled him to redo our bathroom. He said it would be a week. We took off of work and made arrangements. Once we gave him the down payment, we saw very little of him for 2 days. Stopped answering calls and texts. Kept showing up 3 hours late and would take a 6 hour “lunch”. Told him we no longer wanted to work with him...he kept our $2000...didn’t it do a SINGLE day of work. Never answers calls or texts. Never gave us our money back, no matter how many times I offered to reason with him. What a scammer. We are really suffering without that money.

  On the website of Cadiere Construction is states attention to detail and quality workmanship are trademarks of the company and I absolutely agree. Our home was in need of a renovation and the quality of work done was beyond what my husband and I could have hoped for. Great owner, always keeps you informed and explains the process on how things will be fixed. Overall great company and my husband and I are loyal customers!
