Very nice and helpful.  Needless to say I found a place in Upton called Jones home center  and they saved me $1500.

Prices were decent but service was not. The men in the office seemed very confused by a simple order. They also charge a 2% fee to use a debit card so not only did I pay them $1,000 for metal, but also another $20 which I found to be ridiculous. They called and said our order was ready but when we picked it up, they told us they don’t have our screws.

Great people, fantastic service, locally owned small business. These people bust their butts to keep you going. They get customer service right. Some of the best people I have dealt with. I have and would recommend to anyone that I know, without reservation.

I had them cover a lid for a cellar, they were very helpful and completed the metal bending , Fit perfectly! I would definitely recommend Cad metals  to anyone , Very knowledgeable, great customer service

I have been going to cad for awhile now . everyone there gives you nothing but respect . they're honest , and they're prices and really good as well . i won't go anywhere else for my metal needs . James has been nothing but good to me and my business . and if there was any type of mess up . it was fixed asap! GREAT PEOPLE , GREAT PRODUCTS. IF YOU NEED METAL BENT OR A ROOF THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO 100%

Ordered a simple work bench top, 3X6 on Tues.
Was told it would be ready on Wed. Not ready. Told afternoon on Thrusday. Nope. They promised it Sat. Then prosmissed it at 10 on Monday. Wasn't ready til 3.
The cost was almost twice as much as quoted. No to mention 4 trips to the shop. Nice bench top but still Not Happy.

They the most amazing staff.  A place to get your metal and make some awsome friends. I wont shop anywhere els .
