  I hired Mr. Velasquez to clean the dryer vent which is located at the top of my high and steep roof. I had the vent pipes cleaned on the inside by another service provider, but they do not go on the roof to clean the vent from the outside, and that is where the lint build-up was so bad that the vent door (flap?) would hardly open at all. That was causing incomplete drying of my clothes unless I dried them for 2 or sometimes 3 cycles. I searched out a roofer rather than a typical vent cleaning service because I needed someone very comfortable working on high, steep roofs. I texted Mr. Valesquez early on a Sunday morning, he got back to me via text within the hour. We arranged for him to come out on Monday morning at 8:30, and he arrived right on time, was quickly on the roof cleaning the vent, and finished the job thoroughly and fast. I will certainly hire Mr. Valesquez to clean my dryer vent or repair my roof in the future.
